結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

1.一體式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地面積小，移動(dòng)方便，放在平整地面接通電源即可生產(chǎn)。

3.比重分選作為銅米、塑料分選的重要部分采用意大利氣流懸浮分選工藝，震動(dòng)頻率與物料懸浮送風(fēng)裝置皆可根據(jù)不同物料進(jìn)行精準(zhǔn)調(diào)節(jié)。

4.破碎系統(tǒng)刀具采用SKD-11合金刀具，處理硬度達(dá)到HR58度，在保證高耐磨性的情況下也能保證粉碎刀片一定的韌性，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)為八字形交替剪切構(gòu)造，電線(xiàn)粉碎設(shè)備外殼采用水冷系統(tǒng)，避免了長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作產(chǎn)生物料發(fā)熱熔融。

4. Crushing system adopts SKD-11 alloy cutting tool, the processing hardness is HR58. It can ensure the high-wearing resistance as well as a certain tenacity of the crushing blade. The structure is designed as splayed alternate shearing structure, the shell of wire grinding equipment adopts water cooling system, thus avoiding, material heating and melting after long time operation.

5.整套設(shè)備為全封閉運(yùn)行，并配有脈沖除塵系統(tǒng)，有效的將生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的灰塵收集并由灰塵排出口排放。

6.根據(jù)各國(guó)所生產(chǎn)的銅米機(jī)能回收到純度99.5%以上的銅，但是會(huì)有3-5%的銅粉以及毛絲銅會(huì)隨著分選過(guò)程流失到塑料里面的情況，我公司配有靜電精選設(shè)備，將塑料中殘存的銅再次分選出來(lái)，達(dá)到了銅里面看不到塑料，塑料里面看不到銅的效果。

6.
